- 采用丽格海棠中度成熟叶片为外植体进行丛生芽诱导,并进行扩繁培养和诱导生根,以期筛选适宜的丽格海棠组织培养的培养基配方,并建立其组织培养技术体系。结果表明:较好外植体诱导丛生芽培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,扩繁培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L。
- Abstract:
- Taking moderate mature leaves of Rieger begonia as explants,induced buds,propagation,and rooting were studied.The results showed that better explants induced buds medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,the better multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,the better rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L.
