- 为了研究不同土壤水分含量对花叶络石生长的影响,采用土壤梯度水分处理方法进行盆栽试验,测定花叶络石生理生化指标的变化规律。结果表明:经过土壤水分胁迫处理后,花叶络石丙二醛含量中干旱和中度干旱植株呈上升趋势,其中干旱植株增加最明显,中度干旱植株次之,水淹植株呈先升后降的趋势。干旱和中度干旱叶绿素和叶片相对含水量呈下降趋势,水淹植株则呈先降后升趋势。综合分析初步认为,花叶络石在水淹状况下能够生长良好,水分胁迫耐受临界点:干旱状态下为14 d左右,中度干旱状态下为21 d左右。
- Abstract:
- The effect of water stress on the Trachelospermum jasminoides was tested by the method of gradient of water in soil,and the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes were determinated.The results showed that MAD of the drought stress and the moderate stress increased,but the drought stress got faster than the moderate stress,however the flood stress promoted the growth of MAD.The drought stress and the moderate stress suppressed the growth of chlorophyll and leaf water content,but the flood strss of them was tested rising first,and then reduced.All of them showed that Trachelospermum jasminoides was fit for water environment. The plants of the drought stress were dangerous after treated for 14 days and the plants of the moderate stress were dangerous after treated for 21 days.
