- 以采收后废弃的香菇菌棒和玉米芯为栽培主料,对4个姬菇品种(菌株)进行代料栽培比较试验。结果表明:“西德33”菌丝长势强,生长速度快,子实体菌盖厚度、颜色、菌柄粗均较理想,且转潮时间短、子实体产量高,营养成分与常规栽培料出菇差异不大,适宜在贵州推广。
- Abstract:
- The comparison test was carried out between four cornucopiae varieties planted by mushroom residue after harvest and corncob as main material.The results showed that the “XD33” had more stronger and faster growth of hyphae.Fruiting pileus thickness,color,stipe thick performed better,and the fruiting intermittent period was short,the yield of fruiting bodies was higher,the nutrients had no significantly differences between material-carried cultivation and conventional materia cultivation.Which suitable for promotion in Guizhou.
