- 采用稀释平板法研究了温室试验条件下,施用不同生物制剂对黄瓜土壤中微生物数量及发病率和产量的影响。结果表明:在整个测定期间,与不施肥(CK)相比,发根宝生物制剂施入后土壤中细菌和放线菌数量增幅最大,为772.11%和412.85%,真菌数量增幅较小,为34.17%;发根宝制剂和T32木霉复合生物制剂能显著降低黄瓜枯萎病的发病率,产量分别提高12.91%和11.74%。说明2种生物制剂对土壤微生物数量有显著的增加作用,可有效降低黄瓜枯萎病的发病率,提高黄瓜产量。
- Abstract:
- The effect of different biological agents on the number of soil microorganisms,morbidity and yield of cucumber were studied using the method of dilution plate in greenhouse.The results showed that rooting agent could greatly increased the number of bacterium and actinomyces,increased by 772.11% and 412.85%,respectively.While fungus was increased by 34.17%.In addition,rooting agent and trichoderma compound agents T32 could decreased the morbidity of cucumber wilt disease,and yields were increased by 12.91% and 11.74% respectively.The conclusion was drawn that two kinds of biological agents could increased the number of soil microorganisms,decreased the morbidity of cucumber wilt disease and increase the yield of cucumber.
