- 采用超声提取法,以盐酸甲醇为溶媒,以盐酸小檗碱含量为考察指标,通过单因素试验及正交设计L9(34)研究了提取时间、提取温度、溶媒倍数对永思小檗中盐酸小檗碱提出率的影响。结果表明:永思小檗中盐酸小檗碱最佳超声提取工艺为:以150倍盐酸甲醇作溶媒,30℃下超声提取50 min,其提出率最高,超声提取时间对盐酸小檗碱含量的影响显著。
- Abstract:
- Taking Hydrochloric Acid-methyl Alcohol as solvent,the effect of Hydrochloric Acid-methyl Alcohol extraction time,temperature and solvent times on extraction rate of Berberine Chloride from Berberis tsienii Ying were studied by orthogonal experiment L9(34)using irradiation extraction method.The results showed that the optimum extracting condition of Berberine Hydrochloride from Berberis tsienii Ying was as follows:adding 150 times amount of hydrochloric acid-methyl alcohol extracting by irradiation for 40 minutes at 30℃.The extraction rate was the highest,and irradiation extraction time had significant impact on the content of Berberine Hydrochloride.The optimized process was accurate,simple,rapid,stable and high efficient.
