- 用滤纸片法和孢子萌发法,研究了鬼针草提取物对3种果蔬致病菌灰葡萄孢菌、链格孢菌、黑根霉菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:鬼针草乙醇浸提物在抑制菌丝生长方面比水提取的效果更好;水提物的孢子萌发抑制率也小于乙醇提取物的;综合抑菌活性均随提取物浓度的增大而增强。比较而言,同一提取物对黑根霉菌的抑制效果最好,对灰葡萄孢菌的抑制效果较差。

With filter paper and spore germination method,the antibacterial activity of Bidens pilosa L.against three vegetable pathogens(Botrytis spp.,Alternaria?spp.and Rhizopus spp.)were studied.The results showed that the inhibition of mycelial growth from ethanol extraction was better than the effect of water extraction;the inhibition ratio of spore germination from water extracts was less than the ethanol extracts.Comprehensive antibacterial activity was always enhanced with increasing concentration of the extracts;with different concentrations of the same extracts,the inhibitory effect of Rhizopus spp.was the best,the inhibitory effect on Botrytis spp.was relatively poor.
