- 以棉花秸秆为主要材料,分别加入磷酸二铵、尿素、清水进行堆沤发酵,研究以腐熟的棉花秸秆为主要成分的不同配比基质在辣椒育苗上的应用效果。结果表明:复配基质W1(棉花秸秆75%∶蛭石25%)、复配基质W2(棉花秸秆50%∶蛭石25%∶珍珠岩25%)、单一基质N4(棉花秸秆100%)的理化性状较差,育苗效果也差,不适宜做育苗基质。而复配基质P3(棉花秸秆50%∶蛭石25%∶草炭25%)的理化性状较好,均在理想范围内,辣椒幼苗的生长状况较好,叶绿素含量较高,壮苗指标较高。
- Abstract:
- Cotton stalks as main materials were added diammonium phosphate,urea,water retting fermentation,the effects of different mixing cotton straw sediment substrates on pepper seedlings were investigated.The results showed that the physical and chemical characteristics of the compound matrix W1(cotton straw 75%∶vermiculite 25%),W2(cotton straw 50%∶vermiculite 25%∶perlite 25%),N4(cotton stalk 100%)were poor,these formula of substrate were not fit for pepper seedlings culture.The physical and chemical characteristics of the substrate P3(cotton straw 50%∶vermiculite 25%∶peat 25%)was the most preferable,the pepper seedling growth was better,with higher chlorophyll content and higher seedling index.It indicated that the compound matrix P3 was ideal for pepper seedlings culture.
