- 生物测定方法的科学性是决定除草剂新品种筛选准确性的关键因素。除草剂的生物活性是其吸收、传导以及与植物体内作用靶标发生反应等综合信息的最终表现。除草剂活体测定是唯一可包含上述全部信息的生物测定方法。现基于农药穿透生物学的基本原理评价了除草剂主要生物测定方法的特点和适用范围,提出除草剂生物测定必须重视药剂的穿透生物学信息的表达,尤其是在高通量筛选过程中宜优先采用含土介质活体测定法。
- Abstract:
- The scientific of bioassay technique is a key factor of screening new herbicide.Bioactivity of herbicide are comprehensive performance about the absorb,transmission and reaction to target in plants.Determination of living is the method of only include all information.On the basic principle of pesticide penetration biology evaluated main methods characteristic and applicable scope of herbicide bioassay,herbicide bioassay paying attention to expression of information of the penetration biology was put forward,and determination of living containing soil medium method in high-throughput screening should be used.
