- 山椒无刺或少刺，果皮、青果、嫩芽、种子等均有重要的应用价值。该文介绍了山椒园址选择、栽植密度、肥水管理、整形修剪、幼树防寒及病虫害防治等关键栽培技术，对山椒栽培生产具有一定的参考价值。
- Abstract:
- Zanthoxylum piperitum smooth or little punctures，peel，seed，fruit，buds have important application value.In this paper,the techniques of Zanthoxylum piperitum De Candolle were introduced,such as the site selection，planting density，fertilizer and water management，pruning，sapling cold-proof as well as disease and pest control and so on.It had a certain reference value for the cultivation of Zanthoxylum piperitum.
