- 对不同大小及不同颜色棠梨的果梗长度、重量、纵横径、果实性状特征以及可溶性固形物的含量进行了比较分析。结果表明:青褐、红褐、深褐3种颜色果实其重量、果梗长差异不显著,红褐果的横纵经最大,纵径平均值为1.484 cm,横径平均值为1.625 cm;可溶性固形物含量差异极显著,红褐果的可溶性固形物含量最高,为22.349%,高于含量最低的青褐果(2.957%);不同颜色及不同大小果实可溶性固形物含量依次为:红褐大果(25.5%)>红褐小果>深褐大果>深褐中果>青褐中果>红褐中果>青褐大果>深褐小果>青褐小果(17.68%)。
- Abstract:
- According to the different size and color of Pyrus pashia Buch,the fruit stalk length,weight,vertical and horizontal size,fruit characters and soluble solids content were compared.The results showed that green-brown,red-brown,dark-brown three color fruit characteristics,weight,fruit stalk grows difference were not remarkable;red-brown fruit by the maximum transverse and longitudinal diameter,average longitudinal diameter 1.484 cm,average transverse diameter 1.625 cm;soluble solids were extremely significant differences,red brown fruit soluble solid the content of the highest,was 22.349%,higher than the minimum content of green brown fruit (2.957%).Different colors and sizes,soluble solids content:big red-brown fruit (25.5%)>small red-brown fruit>big dark-brown fruit>middle size dark-brown fruit>middle size green-brown fruit>middle size red-brown fruit>big green-brown fruit>small dark-brown fruit>small green-brown fruit(17.68%).
