- 以宁夏“中宁小枣”种仁为外植体,进行了愈伤组织、不定芽诱导、分化、生根试验研究。结果表明:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L为最适合种子萌芽诱导的培养基;MS+KT 2.0 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L+GA31.0 mg/L为最佳试管苗分化的培养基;IBA和NAA能明显促进难繁植物生根反应,1/2MS+IBA 0.8 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为最适合试管苗生根培养基。
- Abstract:
- Taking Ziziphus jujuba acinus as explants,the induction of the buds,differentiation,taking roots and transplants were studied.The results showed that MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L was the most suitable medium for the induction of adventitious buds.MS+KT 2.0 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L+GA3 1.0 mg/L was the most suitable medium for differentiation.IBA and NAA promoted root formation,1/2MS+IBA 0.8 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was the most suitable condition for inducing roots.
