- 以青绿苔草种子为试材,研究精选和催芽技术,解决青绿苔草直播和育苗出苗率较低、发芽时间较长的问题。结果表明:38℃下用3 g/L KNO3浸泡12 h后的下沉种子,发芽率和发芽指数显著提高;层积150 d的发芽指数为18.15,是对照的3倍,发芽时间显著缩短,第7天发芽率就接近90%,是适宜的催芽方法。
- Abstract:
- To solve the problem that Carex leucochlora seeds could not germinate simultaneously so that it was difficult to conduct sexual reproduction and landscape application,the selected and germination acceleration of Carex leucochlora seeds were studied.The results showed that sinked seed soaked 12 h by 3 g/L KNO3 solution at 38℃ could increase significantly germination percentage and germination index,and cold stratification treatment could increase significantly germination percentage and germination index,after 150 d by cold stratification,the germination index was 18.15,the germination time was shortened.
