- 采用简易静态熏气系统对盆栽苗木进行熏气处理,研究了不同浓度SO2对紫叶矮樱叶片抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸含量、细胞膜透性、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量及叶液pH的影响。结果表明:随着SO2浓度增加,紫叶矮樱叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性上升,丙二醛(MDA)、膜透性增大、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量增加,叶液pH值下降。当SO2浓度超过17.10 mg/m3时,抗氧化酶系统受到了严重破坏。
- Abstract:
- Taking simple static fumigation system for potted seedlings fumigation treatment,different concentrations of SO2 influencing on Prunus×cistena ‘Pissardii’ antioxidant enzyme activity,malondialdehyde,proline content,lipid peroxidation,soluble protein content,and leaf fluid pH were studied.The results showed that with the increase of SO2 concentration,leave of Prunus×cistena ‘Pissardii’ peroxidase (POD),superoxide dismutase (SOD),and catalase (CAT) activity increased,malondialdehyde (MDA),membrane permeability increased,proline and pH of leaf drop.When the concentration of SO2 exceeded 17.10 mg/m3,the antioxidant enzyme system had been severely damaged.
