- 以梭梭为研究对象,研究白粉病及其发病程度对梭梭生长发育、叶绿素以及碳水化合物的影响,以期为梭梭白粉病的防治提供参考。结果表明:重度白粉病感染时梭梭总叶绿素减少58.3%,叶绿素a减少64.3%,叶绿素b/a提高2倍;随着感染加重,梭梭非结构性碳水化合物含量先降后升;白粉病梭梭株高下降33.4%~38.4%,光合枝长减少12.4%~33.3%,基茎粗下降25.3%,总生物量降低26.4%~35.9%,根冠比无变化。
- Abstract:
- The growth of Haloxylon ammodendron and the content of chlorophyll and carbohydrate in the tree infected with different level of Leveillula saxaouli were determined.The results showed that total chlorophyll of heavy infected Haloxylon ammodendron decreased 58.3% from the healthy,chlorophyll a decreased 64.3%,chlorophyll b/a was double of the healthy.The content of carbohydrate would first decrease and then increase following the infection aggravate.The height of the tree decreased 33.4%~38.4% from the healthy,length of photosynthetic branch down 12.4%~33.3%,diameter of bottom side stem fall 25.3%,total organism quantity reduce 26.4%~35.9%.It was the first time to study the chlorophyll,useable carbohydrate,organism quantity and growth of Haloxylon ammodendron infected with Leveillula saxaoul in this experiment.This study provided data for how much damage of Leveillula saxaoul to Haloxylon ammodendron.It also offered reference for preventing the tree from the disease.
