- 以“哈农茄2号”为试材,研究弱光胁迫下沼渣与基质配比对茄子幼苗光合特性及生理特性的影响。结果表明:在55%自然光照条件下,处理的比叶干样质量、保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率都高于CK,而株高/茎粗和丙二醛(MDA)却低于CK,混有沼渣的基质栽培的茄子幼苗对弱光表现为较好的适应性,具有一定的耐弱光性。
- Abstract:
- Taking “Hanongqie NO.2” variety as test materials,the effects of substrate with biogas residue on photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of eggplant seedlings in poor light were studied.The results showed that in 55% nature light SLM,protect enzymes(such as SOD,POD,CAT),photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) of treatment are higher than CK.Eggplant seedlings cultured by substrate with biogas residue could adapt to poor light and had poor light tolerance.Nevertheless,in 25% nature light the effects of poor light tolerance was much less than that in 55% nature light.
