- 以四季西芹为试材,研究了有机肥与无机肥配合施用对西芹硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、维生素C及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:NPK肥与有机肥配施能有效降低蔬菜中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量;以氯化铵作氮源,芹菜的硝态氮、亚硝酸盐含量较低,维生素C、可溶性糖含量高,优于以尿素作氮源的处理。芹菜中硝酸盐易在叶柄中累积,且叶柄中含量显著高于叶片,叶片中维生素C和可溶性糖含量高于叶柄。
- Abstract:
- Chosen celery as the material,the content of nitrate、nitrite、vitamin C and soluble sugar by combined application of organic manure and chemical fertilizers were studied.The results showed that combined application of NPK fertilizer and organic manure could reduce effectively the content of nitrate and nitrite in vegetables.Application of ammonium chloride as nitrogen source,the content of nitrate and nitrite in celery was relatively low,and the content of vitamin C and soluble sugar was higher,superior to urea as nitrogen source.Nitrate easy to accumulate in the petioles of celery,and the content of nitrate in petioles were significantly higher than in the leaf,the content of vitamin C and soluble sugar in the leaf was higher than in petiole.
