- 以非洲菊品种“大地黄”为试材,在非洲菊试管苗生根培养中采用2种液体培养方式同传统的含琼脂固体培养进行对比。结果表明:无支持物的液体培养在生根数、根长、根表面积等生根质量方面优于对照,移栽成活率最高,达96%。
- Abstract:
- Chosen gerbera variety‘Dadihuang’as test material,two liquid culture methods of gerbera rooting cultures were compared with the traditional-containing agar solid culture.The results showed that the liquid culture without supporting material in the root number,root length,root surface area,rooting quality was better than the control,while the survival rate of transplant was the highest of them,which was up to 96%.
