- 以野生稠李果实为原料,将色素溶液进行1∶20的比例稀释,放在400~700 nm的波长范围内扫描,表明532 nm处为最大。通过乙醇浓度、温度、物料固液比、提取时间,进行四因素三水平正交实验,确定野生稠李色素最佳提取工艺。结果表明:稠李色素最佳的提取条件为乙醇浓度30%,提取温度75℃,固液比为1∶10,提取时间90 min。
- Abstract:
- Taking the fruits of wild Padus racemosa as test materials,the pigment solution were diluted as the ratio of 1∶20 and scanned in the range of 400~700 nm wavelength,in 532 nm had the biggest absorbance ratio.By orthogonal test of four factors that were ethanol concentration,temperature,liquid-solid ratio,extraction time,the best pigment extraction conditions from Padus racemosa Gilib.were determined.The results showed that the best pigment extraction conditions were 30% ethanol,extraction temperature 75℃,the liquid-solid ratio 1∶10,extraction time 90 min.
