- 使用石蜡切片法,光学显微镜观察,对潮州果树所的8个橄榄品种的叶片解剖结构进行了对比和分析。结果表明:橄榄叶横切结构中,栅栏组织一般由1~2层长柱型细胞组成,排列紧密;海绵组织细胞较短,排列较疏松,细胞间隙大;叶片主脉中柱鞘呈梅花状,内有导管分布。“果树所1号”、“果树所2号”、“马岗2号”和“鸣支烈2号”亲缘关系比较近。
- Abstract:
- The anatomical leaf structure of leaves of 8 Chinese olive cultivars in Chaozhou institute of fruit-trees were compared and analyzed by means of paraffin section and microscopy imaging system.The results showed that firstly,the palisade tissue was composed of l~2 layers of long,column-shaped,compactly arranged cells,while cells of the spongy were short and loosely arranged,with the bigger intraellular space.Main vein in the pericycle of the leaves was arranged in the form of plum,with catheter in them.Secondly,‘Guoshusuo No.1’,‘Guoshusuo No.2’,‘Magang No.2’,‘Mingzhilie No.2’ were more consanguineously grouped.
