- 以银条组培苗为材料,研究了不同LED光源对组培苗生长的影响。结果表明:蓝色光下银条组培苗不定芽长势最好,叶片大而展开;绿色光不定芽下增殖倍数最高,达到317%;白色光和对照光源下叶绿素含量最高,蓝光下次之,黄光下叶绿素a+b仅为白光的37%,最少;类胡萝卜素含量趋势和叶绿素含量相近;总酚含量由低到高依次为绿色光、黄色光、白色光、红色光、蓝色光和对照。
- Abstract:
- TakingtissuecultureseedlingofStachysfloridanaSchuttl.exBenthasmaterial,theeffectofdifferentlightemittingdiodeongrowthofadventitiousbudwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthegrowthvigoroftheadventitiousbudunderbluelightsourcewasthebest,anditsleafwaslargeandexhibition.Theincrementmultipleoftheadventitiousbudundergreenlightsourcewasthehighest,reached317%.Thecontentofchlorophyllofthetissuecultureseedlingunderwhiteandcontrollightsourcewerethehighest,thecontentofchlorophyllofthetissuecultureseedlingunderbluelightsourcewasthesecond,thecontentofchlorophylla+bunderyellowlightsourcewasonly37%forthewhitelightsource.Thetrendofcontentofcarotenoidofthetissuecultureseedlingwassimilartothechlorophyll.Thecontentoftotalphenolsrangedthatundergreenlightsource<underyellowlightsource<underwhitelightsource<underredlightsource<underblueandcontrollightsource.
