‘金娃娃’萱草花芽分化前期内源激素动态变化的研究

- 以‘金娃娃’萱草为试材,采用石蜡切片法,观察其花芽分化进程,并结合花芽形态分化过程,用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定其顶芽的内源激素的动态变化。结果表明:形态分化过程的前期分为3个阶段:未分化期、花序原基分化期和外轮花被分化期;玉米素核苷(ZRs)含量由低到高,吲哚乙酸(IAA)和脱落酸(ABA)含量下降,赤霉素(GA)含量基本无变化。

- TakingHemerocallis‘StelladeOro’astestmaterial,byparaffin-cutsectionmethodwereobserved;theprocessofmorphologicaldifferentiatiowerecombinedwith,contentchangesofendogenoushormonesbyusingEnzyme-linkedImmunosorbentAssay(ELISA)methodinthebudsofitwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthemorphologyicaldifferentiationofthethreepre-stageswereunddierentication,inflorencenceinitiation,owterperianthinitiation,ZRscontentfromlowtohigh,IAAandABAcontentdeclined,andtherewasnochangeinGAcontent.
