金顶侧耳酯酶同工酶多样性的研究

- 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对20个金顶侧耳菌株酯酶同工酶进行了研究。结果表明:金顶侧耳酯酶同工酶酶谱具有丰富的多样性。共检测出14条酶带,其中迁移率相同酶带3条。迁移率不同酶带有11条,多态性为78.6%;聚类分析的树状图中,相似系数0.80时,可将供试菌株分成七大类。
- Abstract:
- The esterase isozymes of 20 strains of Pleurotus citrinopileatus were studied with the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis techniques.The results showed that their esterase isozymes map was rich diversity.Fourteen enzyme belts of esterase isozymes of twenty strains were detected.Three of them had the same migration rate and eleven of them were different.The polymorphism was 78.6%.At the similarity level 0.8,the test strains were classified into seven groups in the dendrogram of esterase isoenzymes of P.citrinopileatus.
