- 以番茄幼苗为研究对象,调查了120个幼苗植株的茎尖解剖结构,研究了番茄花芽分化各时期茎的生长锥细胞直径、生长锥横径、生长锥高度、生长锥细胞数目。结果表明:随着番茄花芽不断分化,花芽生长锥细胞直径、生长锥横径、茎端生长锥高度呈增大趋势;随着花芽进一步分化,茎端分生组织的分裂生长和伸长生长迅速加快,横径与高度的比值逐渐增大,当比值接近1.0时,萼片原基分生组织开始分化,此时茎端生长锥细胞数目最多,约为55 718.77个。

- Chosen tomato seedlings as object,120 seedling anatomy of shoot tips of plants were surveyed,the stem diameter growth cones,growth cone diameter,the growth cone height,number of growth cones during tomato flower bud were studied.The results showed that with the continuous differentiation of tomato flower buds,flower bud growth cone cell diameter,the growth cone diameter,stem end of the growth cone height was increasing trend;with further differentiation of flower buds,stems and meristem division of the rapid acceleration of growth and elongation,the ratio of diameter and height increases,when the ratio close to 1.0,the sepal primordia meristem begin to differentiate,then the number of stem cells in the growth cone side up,about 55 718.77.
