- 以大棚番茄为试材,测定了其叶片光合速率并计算出日均光合速率、果实维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、酸度的变化。结果表明:光合速率的增大可促进番茄果实内维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、有机酸的合成;番茄果实的发育过程中,随果实的成熟,可溶性糖、维生素C、有机酸的含量逐渐增加,而可溶性蛋白质的含量则逐渐降低。
- Abstract:
- Taking greenhouse tomatoes as experimental material,the leaf photosynthetic rates,the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein,and the changes of acidity in fruits were determined from April 26 to May 28.The results showed that the elevation of leaf photosynthetic rates might accelerate the synthesis of vitamin C,soluble sugar,soluble protein and organic acid.The contents of soluble sugar,vitamin C and organic acid increased gradually,while the contents of soluble protein decreased during fruit ripening.
