- 以玉米芯为主要配方原料,研究其对菌丝生长速度、产量、生物学转化效率、多糖含量及子实体形态特征的影响。结果表明:玉米芯70%、棉子壳14%、麸皮9%、玉米粉3%、糖1%、石灰粉1%、石膏1%、磷酸二氢钾1%为最优配方,农杏为最优菌株,生物学效率达58.5%,多糖含量达1.56%。
- Abstract:
- Taking corn cob as main raw material of formula,the effect of growing speed and production of mycelium,biological efficiency,the polysaccharide content and the character comparison of the fruit body were studied.The results showed that the best formula was 70% of corn cob,14% of cottonseed shell,9% wheat bran,3% of corn flour,1%of sugar,1% of gypsum 1% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate,and the best strains was Nongxing.The highest biological efficiency of 58.5%,and the highest polysaccharide content of 1.56%.
