- 为探讨秸秆的资源化利用效果,以“圣粉一号”番茄为试材,对以小麦秸秆为主要成分的5种混配基质的基本理化性状进行测定,研究其在番茄穴盘育苗上的应用效果。结果表明:T2(蛭石∶小麦秸秆=1∶2)和T3(蛭石∶小麦秸秆=1∶3)处理培育的番茄幼苗主根长、干鲜重、叶绿素含量等指标明显优于其它处理,但T2处理的容重、总孔隙度、株高和叶片数的增幅、干物质含量、根冠比、壮苗指数等均优于T3,因此T2处理为育苗最佳基质配比。
- Abstract:
- Taking Solanum lycopersicum cultivar‘Shengfen No.1’ as test material,the basic physical and chemical properties of mixed substrates with wheat straw as the major component were determined.The results showed that the main root length,dry and fresh weights and the content of chlorophyll of treatments T2(vermiculite∶wheat straw=1∶2) and T3(vermiculite∶wheat straw=1∶3) were significantly higher than those of other treatments.However,the volume density,total porosity,seedling dry matter content and ratio-shoot ratio of treatment T2 were better than T3.In summary,the results of treatment T2(vermiculite∶wheat straw=1∶2) was the best in all treatments.
