- 采用随机区组设计,研究25、35、45、55℃温水浸种24 h和不浸种5个处理对樟子松种子发芽率的影响。 结果表明:樟子松育苗前,最好用25℃和35℃温水浸种24 h,有利提高发芽率。用温水浸种的所有处理14 d发芽率均极显著高于不浸种的发芽率,不浸种的发芽率仅为38%。用25、35℃温水浸种均显著高于55℃温水浸种的发芽率;25、35、45℃温水浸种之间、45℃温水浸种与55℃温水浸种之间发芽率不显著。樟子松以25℃浸种24 h的发芽率最高,高达52%,35℃浸种24 h的发芽率达51%,45℃浸种24 h的发芽率达48%,55℃浸种24 h的发芽率达46%。
- Abstract:
- Using randomized block design,explore the effect of 5 treatments on germination rate of Pinus sylvestris,which soaking temperature in 25,35,45,55℃ for 24 h and no-soaking.The results showed that before seedling nursery of Pinus sylvestris,it was best to soak the seeds use 25℃ and 35℃ warm water for 24 h,this was helpful for germination rate.The germination rate of all treatments which use warm water soaking for 14 days were significantly higher than no-soaking,the germination rate of no-soaking was only 38%.The germination rate which use 25,35℃warm water soaking were higher than those which using 55℃ warm water;The germination rate were not significant between 25,35,45℃ and 45,55℃warm water.The germination rate was the highest when use 25℃ water soak Pinus sylvestris seeds for 24 h,could reach to 52%,when use 35℃ water soak the seeds for 24 h,the germination rate could reach to 51%,when use 45℃ water soak the seeds for 24 h,the germination rate could reach to 48%,when use 55℃ water soak the seeds for 24 h,the germination rate could reach to 46%.
