- 以‘甜蜜蓝宝石’葡萄为试验材料,设置CK(清水)、T1(PBO)、T2(亚磷酸钾)、T3(调环酸钙)、T4(控旺调壮素)、T5(多效唑)6个试验处理,对‘甜蜜蓝宝石’葡萄新梢生长量、叶片荧光参数、叶片叶绿素含量、果实内外品质进行了测定,采用相关性分析探究各个指标关联性,并通过主成分分析进行综合排序,探讨不同外源物质对‘甜蜜蓝宝石’葡萄新梢生长及果实品质的影响,以期为‘甜蜜蓝宝石’葡萄合理化控旺提供参考依据。结果表明:T3处理后,实际光化学效率(Y(PSⅡ))、电子传递速率(ETR)、色调角(h°)、单粒质量、横纵径、果形指数、可溶性固形物含量、糖酸比、维生素C含量、果实花色苷含量均显著高于其他处理,主成分分析综合得分结果为T3>T1>T4>T2>CK>T5。综上所述,调环酸钙处理能抑制新梢旺长,显著提升叶绿素荧光参数,促进果实生长,提高果实内在品质,控旺效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Sweet Sapphire’ grape (Vitis vinifera L.) as the experimental material,six treatments were established,CK (water),T1 (PBO),T2 (potassium phosphite),T3 (prohexadione-calcium),T4 (growth-control regulator),and T5 (paclobutrazol).Shoot growth,leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,leaf chlorophyll content,and internal and external fruit quality of ‘Sweet Sapphire’ grape were determined.Correlation analysis was conducted to explore the relationships among the measured indices,and principal component analysis was used for comprehensive evaluation and ranking.The effects of different exogenous substances on shoot growth and fruit quality of ‘Sweet Sapphire’ grape were investigated,in order to provide a reference for rational growth regulation in production.The results showed that prohexadione-calcium (T3) significantly increased actual photochemical efficiency (Y(PSⅡ)),electron transport rate (ETR),hueangle (h°),single-grain weight,transverse and longitudinal diameters,fruit shape index,soluble solids content,sugar-acid ratio,vitamin C content,and anthocyanin content compared with the other treatments.The comprehensive scores obtained by principal component analysis ranked the treatments as T3>T1>T4>T2>CK>T5.In conclusion,prohexadione-calcium effectively inhibited excessive shoot growth,significantly improved chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,promoted fruit growth,and enhanced internal fruit quality,showing the best growth-controlling effect among the tested treatments.
