- 香菇(Lentinula edodes)因其丰富的食药用价值成为我国重要的食用菌品种之一,也是年产量最大的单品,已成为我国乡村振兴的特色优势产业。经过40年的发展,我国建立起较完善的香菇标准体系,为产业链的快速发展提供了技术保障。随着《农业标准化生产实施方案(2022—2025年)》的发布,香菇标准体系建设进入新时期。为了促进我国香菇产业高质量发展,结合我国香菇生产现状,梳理和分析了我国现行有效的国家标准、行业标准、地方标准、团体标准、企业标准共计367项,厘清了现行香菇标准之间的关系,指出了现行香菇标准存在的问题。现有标准老化问题突出,更新机制不健全,在当前香菇标准体系中,89项标准发布年限超过10年,占比24.25%,时效性显著不足。标准体系结构失衡,产业链覆盖不均,已发布的标准在香菇产业链上分布不均衡,表现为“重产中、轻产前产后,重生产、轻装备与管理的结构性失衡”现象。各类标准中,种植管理和生产工艺环节共304项,占总数量的82.83%。此外,区域发展严重不平衡,标准数量与产业规模错位。据此提出了完善我国香菇标准体系的建议和展望,为后续构建香菇全产业链标准体系框架,促进香菇产业高质量发展提供有益参考。

- Lentinula edodes,valued for its rich nutritional and medicinal properties,is one of the most important edible fungi in China and the highest-yielding single species in the country’s edible mushroom industry.It has become a characteristic and advantageous sector for rural revitalization in China.After four decades of development,a relatively comprehensive standard system for Lentinula edodes has been established,providing reference for the rapid growth of the industrial chain.With the release of the Implementation Plan for Agricultural Standardized Production (2022—2025),the construction of the Lentinula edodes standard system has entered a new phase.To promote high-quality development of the Lentinula edodes industry in China,367 currently effective standards,including national,industry,local,association,and enterprise standards,based on the current status of Lentinula edodes production in the country were systematically reviewed and analyzed.The relationships among existing standards were clarified,and several issues were identified.Prominent problems include outdated standards and an inadequate updating mechanism,89 standards (24.25% of the total) were issued more than ten years ago,indicating significant obsolescence.The structure of the standard system was imbalanced,with uneven coverage across the industrial chain,manifesting as a ‘structural imbalance that emphasizes mid-production over pre-and post-production stages,and prioritizes cultivation over equipment and management’.Among all standards,304 (82.83%) focus on cultivation management and production techniques.Additionally,regional development was highly uneven,with a mismatch between the number of standards and the scale of local industries.Based on these findings,recommendations and prospects for improving the Lentinula edodes standard system in China were proposed.A framework for a whole-industry-chain standard system was suggested to provide valuable insights for promoting the high-quality development of the L.edodes industry.
