- 人参产业是吉林省的特色优势产业,促进人参产业绿色发展、高质量发展,对当地的环境保护、经济水平提升与乡村振兴等均具有重要意义。使用超效率SBM模型与GML指数,分别从静态与动态视角对2010—2023年吉林省人参绿色全要素生产率进行测算,并采用Tobit模型对其影响因素进行分析。结果表明:吉林省人参技术效率尚未达到最优状态,纯技术效率偏低是主要制约因素。人参绿色全要素生产率整体呈波动上升趋势,技术进步是其增长的主要推动力。政府支农水平、城镇化、人力资本水平以及人参种植面积均会对人参绿色全要素生产率产生影响。为进一步提高吉林省人参绿色全要素生产率,关键在于重视技术研发的同时,要打破技术转化瓶颈、提升技术转化效率,以及提高人力资本水平、培养高素质参农,充分发挥政府作用,助力人参产业绿色高质量发展。
- Abstract:
- The ginseng industry represented a characteristic and advantageous sector in Jilin Province,making its green and high-quality development highly significant for local environmental protection,economic advancement,and rural revitalization.Using the super-efficiency SBM model and the GML index,the green total factor productivity of ginseng in Jilin Province from 2010 to 2023 was measured from both static and dynamic perspectives,and the influencing factors were analyzed using the Tobit model.The results showed that the technical efficiency of ginseng in Jilin Province did not reach an optimal state,with low pure technical efficiency being the main limiting factor.The green total factor productivity of ginseng showed an overall fluctuating upward trend,and technical progress was the main driving force for its growth.Government agricultural support,urbanization,human capital,and ginseng planting area all exerted an impact on the green total factor productivity of ginseng.To further improve the green total factor productivity of ginseng in Jilin Province,the key was to focus on technological research and development while breaking the bottlenecks in technological transformation and improving its efficiency,as well as upgrading human capital and cultivating high-quality ginseng farmers,giving full play to the role of the government to facilitate the green and high-quality development of the ginseng industry.
