- 以77份羊角椒种质为试材,采用田间性状调查与统计分析相结合的方法,研究了11个农艺性状的遗传多样性、相关性、主成分及产量形成通径机制,以期为羊角椒种质资源的分类利用、亲本筛选与高产育种提供参考依据。结果表明:供试种质遗传多样性丰富,生长习性(CV=40.97%)、单株果数(CV=53.19%)和单株产量(CV=31.54%)为变异最显著的性状;性状相关性结果表明,单果质量与果实横径、纵径极显著正相关(P<0.01),单株果数与单果质量极显著负相关(r=-0.500,P<0.01),单株产量由单株果数和单果质量共同决定;主成分分析筛选出5个特征值大于1的主成分,累计贡献率达76.953%;系统聚类将种质划分为早花多果高产型、高大株型中花中产型、宽冠大果高产型3个类群;通径分析表明,单株果数(直接通径系数=0.857,P<0.001)和单果质量(直接通径系数=0.679,P<0.001)是产量的核心决定因子。
- Abstract:
- Seventy-seven horn pepper germplasm accessions were used as experimental materials.By combining field trait investigation with statistical analysis,the genetic diversity,correlation,principal component differentiation and path mechanism of yield formation of 11 agronomic traits were studied,in order to provide references for the classification and utilization of horn pepper germplasm resources,parent screening and high-yield breeding.The results showed that the tested germplasm resources exhibited abundant genetic diversity,with growth habit (CV=40.97%),number of fruits per plant (CV=53.19%) and yield per plant (CV=31.54%) being the most significantly variable traits.Correlation analysis revealed that fruit weight per fruit was extremely significantly positively correlated with fruit transverse diameter and fruit longitudinal diameter (P<0.01),while the number of fruits per plant was extremely significantly negatively correlated with fruit weight per fruit (r=-0.500,P<0.01),indicated that yield per plant was jointly determined by the number of fruits per plant and fruit weight per fruit.Principal component analysis identified 5 principal components with eigenvalues greater than 1,which accounted for 76.953% of the total variance.Systematic cluster analysis divided the germplasm resources into 3 groups,early-flowering,high fruit number and high-yield type,tall plant type,medium-flowering and medium-yield type,and wide-canopy,large fruit and high-yield type.Path analysis demonstrated that the number of fruits per plant (direct path coefficient=0.857,P<0.001) and fruit weight per fruit (direct path coefficient=0.679,P<0.001) were the core determinants of yield.
