- 扁豆(Lablab purpureus)作为豆科植物的重要成员,凭借其独特的固氮能力、丰富的营养价值及广泛的应用前景,在全球农业生态系统中占据重要地位。该文系统综述了扁豆种质资源的收集与遗传多样性研究进展,总结了传统育种与分子标记辅助育种技术的应用现状,并探讨了扁豆在食品、医药及畜牧领域的多元化应用潜力。结果表明:扁豆种质资源具有丰富的表型与遗传多样性,分子育种技术的引入显著提升了育种效率;其高蛋白、高活性成分的特性为功能性食品开发和药用研究提供了重要资源;同时,扁豆在畜牧领域的饲用价值也日益凸显。未来通过整合多组学技术、基因编辑及智能化育种手段,扁豆的遗传改良与产业应用将迎来更广阔的发展前景。
- Abstract:
- Hyacinth bean (Lablab purpureus),as an important member of the legume family,holds a significant position in the global agricultural ecosystem due to its unique nitrogen-fixing ability,rich nutritional value,and diverse application prospects.The research progress on the collection and genetic diversity research of hyacinth bean germplasm resources was systematically reviewed,the application status of traditional breeding and molecular marker-assisted breeding technologies was summarized,and its potential for diversified applications in food,medicine,and livestock industries was explored.The results showed that hyacinth bean germplasm resources exhibit rich phenotypic and genetic diversity,while the introduction of molecular breeding techniques had significantly improved breeding efficiency.Its high protein content and bioactive components provided important resources for functional food development and medicinal research.Additionally,its value as forage in the livestock sector was increasingly recognized.In the future,integrating multi-omics technologies,gene editing,and intelligent breeding methods will unlock broader prospects for the genetic improvement and industrial utilization of hyacinth bean.
