- 以20份茄子种质为试材,采用相关分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和TOPSIS等方法,研究了茄子种质材料的遗传多样性及变异性,以期为茄子种质材料的创新利用提供参考依据。结果表明:20份茄子种质材料具有较高的遗传多样性,遗传多样性指数H的变化幅度为0.394~2.055,均值为1.511,且数量性状的遗传多样性高于质量性状;变异系数的变化范围为8.50%~54.90%,均值为28.80%,除叶纵径、茎粗外,其他性状的变异系数均在10%以上,说明供试茄子材料比较丰富。相关性分析表明,在果实性状中,果纵径、果形、果形指数、单果质量等性状间呈极显著正相关或负相关;在与色泽相关的性状中,果萼下色、果肉色、叶脉色与花青素、类黄酮具有极强的相关性。通过主成分分析提取出8个主成分因子,累计贡献率达到81.47%,可代表茄子种质材料的大部分信息。聚类分析结果表明,在欧式距离为7.5处将20份茄子种质材料根据表型及品质性状分为四大类群。基于主成分分析结果进行了熵权TOPSIS综合评价,相对接近度C值介于0.317 6~0.688 6,品种间差异明显。

- Taking 20 eggplant germplasm materials as test materials,and the genetic diversity and variability of introduced eggplant germplasm materials were studied by means of correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis and TOPSIS,in order to provide reference for innovative utilization of eggplant germplasm materials.The results showed that 20 eggplant germplasm materials had high genetic diversity.The genetic diversity index H ranged from 0.394 to 2.055,with an average of 1.511.The genetic diversity of quantitative traits was higher than that of qualitative traits.The coefficient of variation ranged from 8.50% to 54.90%,with an average of 28.80%.Except for leaf longitudinal diameter and stem diameter,the coefficient of variation of other traits was more than 10%,indicating that the eggplant materials were abundant.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive or negative correlation between fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit shape,fruit shape index and single fruit weight.Among the traits related to color,calyx color,pulp color,leaf vein color had a strong correlation with anthocyanins and flavonoids.Eight principal component factors were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 81.47%,which could represent most of the information of eggplant germplasm materials.The results of cluster analysis showed that 20 eggplant germplasm materials were divided into 4 groups according to phenotypic and quality traits at the euclidean distance of 7.5.Based on the results of principal component analysis,the entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation was carried out.The relative proximity C value was between 0.317 6 and 0.688 6,and the difference between varieties was obvious.
