- 以凉棚、大田和暖棚3种栽培环境下的五年生灵武长枣为试材,采用果实分级与品质指标测定相结合的方法,研究了果实大小与栽培环境对灵武长枣外观和内在品质的影响,以期为确定优质果实的最佳粒径范围及优化栽培模式提供参考依据。结果表明:果实大小对品质指标影响显著,大果(纵径≥44 mm)在横径、单果质量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和维生素C含量方面均显著高于中小果,综合品质最优;栽培环境与果实大小之间存在显著交互作用,大田环境下的大果在可溶性糖、维生素C含量和果形指数上表现突出,而温棚大果的可溶性固形物含量最高。主成分分析表明可溶性固形物、单果质量和维生素C含量是核心品质指标。综上,为实现灵武长枣优质生产,建议优先选育纵径≥44 mm的大果,自然条件下可采用大田栽培,反季节或提前上市则可选用设施栽培模式。
- Abstract:
- Five-year-old ‘Lingwu Changzao’ trees grown under three cultivation environments (shade house,field,and greenhouse) were used as the test materials to investigate the effects of fruit size and cultivation environment on external and internal quality attributes by combining fruit grading and quality indicator measurements,in order to provide reference for determining the optimal fruit size range and optimizing cultivation practices for high-quality fruits.The results showed that fruit size significantly influenced quality indicators.Large fruits (longitudinal diameter 44 mm) exhibited significantly greater transverse diameter,single fruit weight,soluble solid content,soluble sugar content,and vitamin C content compared to medium and small fruits,indicated superior overall quality.Significant interactions were observed between cultivation environment and fruit size for several internal quality indicators.Large fruits in the field environment showed prominent soluble sugar content,vitamin C content,and fruit shape index,while those in the greenhouse had the highest soluble solid content.Principal component analysis identified soluble solid content,single fruit weight,and vitamin C content as core quality indicators.In conclusion,selecting large fruits with a longitudinal diameter 44 mm was recommended for high-quality ‘Lingwu Changzao’ production.Field cultivation was suitable under natural conditions,whereas facility cultivation could be adopted for off-season or early-market supply.
