双孢蘑菇产业标准化发展现状分析与展望

- 以全国标准信息公共服务平台等平台数据为研究对象,对双孢蘑菇相关标准进行数据处理及分析,以期对双孢蘑菇产业标准化建设发展提供新启示。结果表明:截至2024年11月,全国标准信息公共服务平台共收录现行双孢蘑菇相关标准113项,分为国家标准、行业标准、地方标准、团体标准、企业标准五大类,其中地方标准和企业标准数量最多、团体标准次之;标准发布量最多的年份是2018、2022年和2024年,年发布量均为11项;标准发布地区主要集中在山东、江苏、山西、安徽省等省份;5~10年标龄的地方标准最多,超过20年标龄的地方标准最少。整体上,双孢蘑菇标准化建设仍需完善,存在旧标准与新发展不匹配、现标准应用率不足等问题,就促进双孢蘑菇产业标准化提出加强标准化体系建设、及时更新和修订标准、推动科技与标准有效融合、发挥标准化委员会引领作用等建议。
- Abstract:
- Based on data from the National Standard Information Public Service Platform and other platforms,a study was conducted to analyze the standardization of Agaricus bisporus through data processing and analysis,in order to provide new insights for the development of standardized practices in the Agaricus bisporus industry.The results showed that as of November 2024,the National Standard Information Public Service Platform had included 113 current standards related to Agaricus bisporus,categorized into national,industry,local,corporate,and corporate standards.Among these,local and corporate standards were the most numerous,followed by corporate standards.The years with the highest number of new standards issued were 2018,2022,and 2024,each with 11 new standards.The regions with the most concentrated standard issuance were Shandong,Jiangsu,Shanxi,and Anhui provinces.Standards with a lifespan of 5-10 years were the most common,while those exceeding 20 years were the least.Overall,the standardization of Agaricus bisporus still requires improvement,with issues such as mismatches between old and new developments and low application rates of existing standards.Recommendations include strengthening the standardization system,timely updates and revisions of standards,promoting the integration of science and standards,and leveraging the role of standardization committees to advance the development of Agaricus bisporus industry standardization.
