- 以畸形病害姬松茸和正常出菇姬松茸的栽培基质及土壤为试材,采用高通量扩增子测序技术和生物信息学的分析方法,研究了样品中的细菌和真菌微生物多样性,以期为姬松茸栽培技术优化和病害防治提供参考依据。结果表明:畸形病害姬松茸的栽培基质及土壤的细菌群落结构发生了改变,真菌群落的丰富度和多样性显著降低,这些因素可能是导致姬松茸畸形病害发生的原因。与正常出菇组相比,畸形组的细菌群落结构以芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、赖氨酸芽孢杆菌属(Lysinibacillus)、热黄微菌属(Thermoflavimicrobium)、热多孢菌属(Thermo polyspora)等为主;真菌群落由毛霉属(Mucor)、木霉属(Trichoderma)和季也蒙迈耶氏酵母属(Meyerozyma)等组成。

- Taking the cultivation substrates and soil of both deformed and normal Agaricus blazei as the experimental materials,high-throughput amplicon sequencing technology combined with bioinformatics analyses were employed to study the microbial diversity of bacteria and fungi within the samples,in order to provide a reference for optimization of culture A.blazei and disease control.The results showed that the bacterial community structure of the substrates and soils associated with deformed A.blazei underwent significant alterations,accompanied by a marked decrease in the richness and diversity of the fungal communities.These factors might contribute to the emergence of deformities in A.blazei.Compared to the normal group,the bacterial community structure in the diseased group was dominated by genera such as Bacillus,Lysinibacillus,Thermo flavimicrobium,and Thermo polyspora;the fungal community comprised genera such as Mucor,Trichoderma,and Meyerozyma.
