- 为助力山西省核桃产业提质增效和可持续发展，从种植面积、产量、经营主体、核桃加工、市场开拓和科技支撑6个方面阐述了山西省核桃产业发展现状。结果表明:山西省核桃种植面积41.95万hm2，产量29.96万t，平均产量714.24 kg·hm-2，产区主要集中分布在吕梁山沿线和太行山沿线两大产区41个县。且山西省从事核桃产业的农民专业合作社数量较为分散，主要集中于汾阳市、垣曲县、临县、左权县等地。山西省核桃产业发展存在核桃品种混杂、商品化率低、抗风险能力差等问题，建议通过提高组织化程度、提升产品附加值、提高抗风险能力等途径促进山西省核桃产业提质增效。
- Abstract:
- To promote the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement as well as sustainable development of the walnut industry in Shanxi Province，this study analyzed and elaborated on the current situation of the walnut industry in Shanxi Province from six aspects,planting area，output，business entities，walnut processing，market expansion，and technological support.The research found that the walnut planting area in Shanxi Province was 4.195 million hm2，with an output of 299 600 t and an average yield of 714.24 kg·hm-2.The main production areas were concentrated in 41 counties along the Lyuliang Mountain and Taihang Mountain.The number of farmers′ professional cooperatives engaged in the walnut industry in Shanxi Province was relatively scattered，mainly concentrated in Fenyang city，Huanxu county，Lin county，and Zuoquan county.The development of the walnut industry in Shanxi Province faced problems such as mixed walnut varieties，low commercialization rate，and poor risk resistance.It was suggested to enhance the degree of organization，increase product added value，and improve risk resistance to promote the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the walnut industry in Shanxi Province.
