- 以‘潢川金桂’桂花为试材,以清水为对照(CK),设置5个多效唑浓度(50、100、150、200、250 mmol·L-1)对一年生枝条进行喷施处理,通过人工模拟低温胁迫(-20~0 ℃)环境,测定叶片相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素含量、渗透调节物质含量等生理指标,探究不同浓度多效唑对桂花抗寒生理的影响,以期为桂花抵御寒冷胁迫提供参考依据。结果表明:不同浓度的外源多效唑可以有效降低相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,促进超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的增加,减缓叶绿素含量的降低,增加可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白质的积累,减轻低温胁迫对桂花造成的伤害,表明经不同浓度外源多效唑喷施处理后,桂花枝条在低温胁迫下的抗寒能力均有所提高,其中以200 mmol·L-1浓度的多效唑处理效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- Taking Osmanthus fragrans ‘Huangchuan Jingui’ variety as the experimental material,with distilled water serving as the control (CK),and five varying concentrations of paclobutrazol (50,100,150,200,250 mmol·L-1) were applied to branches that were one year old.The effect of different concentrations of paclobutrazol on cold resistance was investigated by assessing relative conductivity,malondialdehyde (MDA) content,antioxidant enzyme activities,chlorophyll content,and the contents of osmotic adjustment substances under artificially simulated low-temperature stress conditions ranging from -20 to 0 ℃,in order to provide reference for osmanthus to resist cold stress.The results showed that varying concentrations of exogenous paclobutrazol effectively decreased relative conductivity and MDA content,enhanced superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activities,mitigated the reduction in chlorophyll content,and increased the accumulation of soluble sugars and proteins.These effects collectively reduced the damage caused by low-temperature stress in Osmanthus fragrans.Furthermore,the application of different concentrations of exogenous paclobutrazol improved the cold resistance of Osmanthus fragrans branches under low-temperature stress,with the 200 mmol·L-1 concentration demonstrating the most pronounced effect.
