外源水杨酸对病毒感染“赤霞珠”葡萄果实糖代谢的影响

- 以感染病毒病的“赤霞珠”葡萄叶片和果实为试材,采用喷施不同浓度的外源水杨酸的处理方法,通过总RNA提取、反转录及实时荧光定量PCR等技术手段,系统研究了外源水杨酸对染病葡萄果实糖分积累及糖代谢关键酶基因表达情况,以期为提高葡萄的品质和糖分含量提供参考依据。结果表明:外源水杨酸处理可以降低“赤霞珠”葡萄果实中可滴定酸含量,并提高单宁、可溶性总糖、蔗糖和还原糖含量。此外,在采收期对果实和叶片喷施外源水杨酸,发现与糖代谢相关基因(VvSPS、VvSSS、VvNIN1和VvCWINV)显著上调表达。因此,在采收期,通过喷施适当浓度的水杨酸可提高果实糖分积累和果实中糖代谢关键酶的基因表达,进而提高“赤霞珠”果实的品质和糖分含量。
- Abstract:
- Taking the leaves and fruits of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grapes infected with viral diseases as test materials,the treatment method of spraying exogenous salicylic acid at different concentrations was adopted.Through techniques such as total RNA extraction,reverse transcription,and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,the effects of exogenous salicylic acid on sugar accumulation and key enzyme gene expression of sugar metabolism in infected grape fruits were systematically studied,in order to provide reference for improving grape quality and sugar content.The results showed that exogenous SA treatment significantly reduced titratable acid content while increasing tannin,total soluble sugars,sucrose,and reducing sugars in the berries.Moreover,foliar SA application during the harvest period markedly upregulated key sugar metabolism-related genes,including VvSPS,VvSSS,VvNIN1,and VvCWINV,in both berries and leaves.These findings suggested that the application of appropriate SA concentrations at harvest enhances sugar accumulation and upregulates critical sugar metabolism enzyme genes,thereby improving the quality and sugar content of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape berries.
