- 以重瓣芍药‘粉凌红花’为试材,选用解淀粉芽孢杆菌SY11与SY15的发酵液作为鲜切花保鲜剂进行瓶插试验,通过测定芍药切花的鲜质量、瓶插寿命、瓶插到初开所需时间、盛开时间、最大花朵直径、可溶性蛋白质(Spro)、游离脯氨酸(Fpro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等指标,探讨菌株SY11与SY15发酵液对芍药切花采后品质的影响,以期为生物保鲜剂的开发提供了参考依据。结果表明:SY11浸泡处理方式下切花的盛开时间延长了0.6 d,总瓶插时间延长了2.3 d,最大花茎较对照增加了2 cm;鲜质量变化率提高了14.5%;Fpro含量最低时比对照低10.3%;Spro含量最高时达到1.28 mg·g-1,比对照高14.7%;瓶插最后1 d的MDA含量较对照低2.5 μmol·g-1;SOD活性最高的处理为SY15浸泡,SY11浸泡次之,分别比对照高66.8%、46.8%。综合评估,SY11浸泡在瓶插过程中对芍药切花采后品质的保持效果最好,能有效延缓切花的衰老进程。
- Abstract:
- Taking the double peony ‘Fenling Honghua’ as the experimental material,and the fermentation broth of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SY11 and SY15 was used as fresh cut flower preservatives for vase life evaluation.The fresh weight,vase life,days to bloom,blooming days,maximum flower diameter,contents of soluble protein (Spro),free proline (Fpro),malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of cut peony flowers were determined,to investigate the effects of fermentation broth of SY11 and SY15 strains on postharvest quality of cut peony flowers,in order to provide reference for developing novel biocontrol preservatives.The results showed that through immersion treatment with the fermentation broth of SY11,the blooming days of cut flowers was prolonged by 0.6 day,the total vase life was prolonged by 2.3 days;The maximum flower diameter increased by 2 cm compared with the control group,while the change rate of fresh weight was improved by 14.5%.The content of Fpro was 10.3% lower than the control group at the lowest.The highest Spro content was 1.28 mg·g-1,which was 14.7% higher than that of the control group.The MDA content of SY11 immersion group on the final day of vase evaluation was 2.5 μmol·g-1 lower than that of the control group.The SY15 immersion treatment demonstrated the highest SOD activity,followed by SY11,with 66.8% and 46.8% increases compared to the control group,respectively.According to the comprehensive evaluation,the SY11 immersion group had the best effect on maintaining the postharvest quality of cut peony flowers during the vase life,with significant senescence retardation.
