- 以前期筛选出的10种甜柿本砧种子为试材,采用测定成活率、越冬率及一年生地上部地下部相关生长指标的方法,研究了不同本砧类型的初期生长表现及综合适应性,以期为甜柿的栽培推广提供参考依据。结果表明:综合评分最高的前3种砧木类型分别为‘黄边小鸡心’‘小果甜柿’‘165-2野柿’。综合评价得到亲和性最高的嫁接组合为“太秋/黄边小鸡心”。‘黄边小鸡心’在嫁接前后均为评分最高的优异柿砧木,是有推广潜力的优异‘太秋’亲和砧木品种。
- Abstract:
- Taking ten types of seedling rootstocks selected in the early stage as test materials,the initial growth performance and comprehensive adaptability of different rootstock types were studied by determining the survival rate,overwintering rate,and related growth indexes of annual aboveground and underground parts,in order to provide reference for promotion of persimmon cultivation.The results showed that the top 3 rootstock types with the highest comprehensive scores were ‘Huangbianxiaojixin’‘Xiaoguotianshi’,and ‘165-2 Yeshi’.The graft combination with the highest compatibility in comprehensive evaluation was ‘ Taishuu/Huangbianxiaojixin ’.‘Huangbianxiaojixin’ ranked to be the first both before and after grafted,which was an excellent persimmon rootstock with potential for promotion as a compatible rootstock for ‘Taishuu’.
