- 沙棘作为一种营养价值丰富、生物活性强大的木本植物,因对人体具有积极的健康效应而深受消费者青睐,并在食品、化妆品、医药保健领域应用广泛。在此基础上,首先对沙棘中的黄酮、维生素、多糖等活性成分进行阐述,并汇总了其在沙棘中的具体含量;随后,概述了传统及新兴提取方法对沙棘活性成分提取的效果及影响;同时,探讨了沙棘中活性成分与生物功能之间的关系及作用机制;最后,对沙棘在生态保护、产品开发中的综合利用情况进行了总结。通过对沙棘研究现状、存在问题及未来发展方向的系统总结,以期为沙棘的深入开发提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Sea buckthorn,as a woody plant with rich nutritional value and strong biological activity,is favored by consumers because of its positive health effects on human body,and is widely used in the fields of food,cosmetics,medicine and health care.On this basis,the flavonoids,vitamins,polysaccharides and other active ingredients in sea buckthorn were described,and their specific contents in sea buckthorn were summarized.Then,the effects of traditional and emerging extraction methods on the extraction of active ingredients from sea buckthorn were summarized.At the same time,the relationship between active components and biological functions of sea buckthorn and the mechanism of action were discussed.Finally,the comprehensive utilization of sea buckthorn in ecological protection and product development was summarized.The research status,existing problems and future development direction of sea buckthorn were systematically summarized,in order to provide reference for the further development of sea buckthorn.
