- 加快发展新质生产力,对于推动新疆辣椒产业集群转型升级、实现高质量发展具有重要意义。该研究对新疆辣椒产业集群发展基础与优势进行总结,深入剖析新疆辣椒产业集群化发展面临的新型农业基础设施建设投入不足、精深加工环节难以实现新突破、产业链垂直整合力度欠缺、特色品牌创新建设滞后等困境。对此,结合新质生产力发展要求提出新疆辣椒产业集群化开发策略:推动辣椒生产新质态转型,夯实产业集群化生产基础;创新赋能辣椒精深加工,实现产业集群化高质量发展;增强产业链条协同效应,提升产业集群化竞争力;做强特色辣椒品牌,激发产业集群化市场活力。
- Abstract:
- Accelerating the development of new quality productivity holds significant importance for promoting the transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development of the chili industrial cluster in Xinjiang.This study summarized the development foundations and advantages of Xinjiang′s pepper industrial cluster,and thoroughly analyzed the challenges faced in its cluster-oriented development.These challenges included insufficient investment in new agricultural infrastructure,difficulties in achieving breakthroughs in deep processing,a lack of vertical integration in the industrial chain,and lagging innovation in distinctive brand development.In response,development strategies for Xinjiang′s pepper industrial cluster were proposed in alignment with the requirements of new quality productivity,accelerating the transformation of pepper production to a new quality state to strengthen the foundation for clustered industrial production;innovating and empowering deep processing to achieve high-quality industrial clustering;enhancing synergistic effects across the industrial chain to improve cluster competitiveness and strengthening distinctive pepper brands to invigorate market vitality within the industrial cluster.
