- 以三年生当归采种株为试材,在返青期开沟撒施生物菌剂或化学药剂,测定成熟当归种子枝穗部位与产量和质量指标,探索不同部位当归种子的产量构成、产量体现及质量体现对不同类型生物菌剂的响应规律,以期为选育优质当归种质资源及其采种技术提供参考依据。结果表明:施用15 kg·hm-2哈茨木霉菌+15 kg·hm-2淡紫拟青霉表现最佳,该处理下主枝主穗种子穗粒数、穗粒质量、株粒质量、发芽势较CK显著增大了63.30%、55.00%、55.00%、20.52%,主枝侧穗种子株穗数、千粒质量、穗粒质量、株粒质量较CK显著增大了19.76%、2.90%、14.74%、38.28%,侧枝主穗种子株穗数、千粒质量、株粒质量较CK显著增大了45.79%、9.73%、36.03%,侧枝侧穗种子株穗数、千粒质量、株粒质量、发芽势较CK显著提高了61.74%、12.97%、56.10%、0.89%。在三年生当归采种株返青期补施15 kg·hm-2哈茨木霉菌+15 kg·hm-2淡紫拟青霉可显著提高当归单株种子产量及质量,减轻当归病害的发生提高植株存活率。
- Abstract:
- Taking three-year-old Angelica sinensis seed plants as the test materials,biological or chemical agents were applied by digging trenches during the greening period to determine the mature Angelica sinensis seed branch and ear parts,yield,and quality indicators,the response rules of yield composition,yield manifestation,and quality manifestation of Angelica sinensis seeds in different parts to different types of biological agents was explored,in order to provide reference for breeding high-quality Angelica sinensis germplasm resources and seed collection techniques.The results showed that application of 15 kg· hm-2Th+15 kg· hm-2 Pl showed the best performance.The number of grains per spike,grain weight per spike,grain weight per plant and germination potential of main branches and main panicle under this treatment significantly increased by 63.30%,55.00%,55.00% and 20.52% compared with CK.Compared with CK,the number of panicle,thousand grain weight,grain weight per spike and grain weight per spike increased significantly by 19.76%,2.90%,14.74% and 38.28%.Compared with CK,the number of panicle,thousand grain weight and grain weight per spike in main spike of lateral branch increased significantly by 45.79%,9.73% and 36.03%.The number of panicle,thousand grain weight,plant grain weight and germination potential were significantly increased by 61.74%,12.97%,56.10% and 0.89% compared with CK.Supplementation with 15 kg· hm-2 Th+15 kg· hm-2 Pl at the regreening stage of triennium Angelica sinensis could significantly improve seed yield and quality,reduce the incidence of Angelica sinensis disease and improve plant survival rate.
