春雷霉素和噻唑锌对梨火疫病抑菌效果及香梨安全性评价

- 以十五年生库尔勒香梨为试材,采用室内抑菌圈法和田间喷雾法,研究了市场销售的不同浓度春雷霉素和噻唑锌杀菌剂对梨火疫病菌生长的抑制效果的影响,并对生长期做了安全评价,筛选出对库尔勒香梨火疫病有效的杀菌剂,以期为梨火疫病的预防和治理提供参考依据。结果表明:6种杀菌剂对梨火疫病菌均有一定的抑菌效果,EC50值从大到小的顺序依次为40%噻唑锌(226 674.007 mg·L-1)>30%噻唑锌(171 636.427 mg·L-1)>6%春雷霉素(21 425.559 mg·L-1)>40%春雷·噻唑锌(12 614.290 mg·L-1)>2%春雷霉素(11 861.345 mg·L-1)>4%春雷霉素(231.950 mg·L-1),其对梨树生长期的安全浓度分别为6 666.70、6 666.70、1 000.00、6 666.70、500.00 mg·L-1和156.25 mg·L-1。田间药效试验中,4%春雷霉素在用药的6 h后病菌即得到有效控制,病情指数控制到30左右,在用药48 h后病情不再发展,防治效果稳定在62.50%,其次是2%春雷霉素防治效果60.00%,40%春雷·噻唑锌防治效果56.70%,6%春雷霉素防治效果43.40%,30%噻唑锌和40%噻唑锌防治效果相对较低分别为40.00%和35.90%。综上,4%春雷霉素对梨树生长期最安全且抑菌效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- Taking 15-year-old Korla pear as the test material,the inhibition effect of spring rapycin and thiazole zinc with different concentrations on the growth of Erwinia amylovora was studied by indoor bacteriostatic zone method and field spray method,and the safety evaluation was made for the growing period to screen effective fungicides against Korla fragrant Erwinia amylovora,and in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of Erwinia amylovora.The results showed that all the six fungicides had certain bacteriostatic effect on Erwinia amylovora.The EC50 values were in the order of 40% thiazole zinc (226 674.007 mg·L-1)>30% thiazole zinc (171 636.427 mg·L-1)>6% spring rapycin (21 425.559 mg·L-1)>40% spring rapycin·thiazole zinc (12 614.290) mg·L-1)>2% spring rapycin (11 861.345 mg·L-1)>4% spring rapycin (231.950 mg·L-1),the safe concentrations for pear tree growth were 6 666.70 mg·L-1,6 666.70 mg·L-1,1 000.00 mg·L-1,6 666.70 mg·L-1,500.00 mg·L-1 and 156.25 mg·L-1.Field efficacy test,4% spring rapycin was effectively controlled in the 6 hours of medication,the disease index was controlled about 30,and the disease was not developing at 48 hours,the control effect was stable at 62.50%,followed by 2% spring rapycin 60.00%,40% spring rapycin·thiazole zinc 56.70%,6% spring rapycin 43.40%,30% thiazole zinc and 40% thiazole zinc were relatively low at 40.00% and 35.90%,respectively.Comprehensive analysis shows that 4% spring rapycin is the safest and has the best antibacterial effect in the growth period of pear trees.
