- 积极践行大食物观理念,科学发展食用菌产业具有重要意义。黑龙江省因得天独厚的地理环境,拥有丰富的食用菌资源,经过多年的探索与实践,现已具备多支学术优良的研发团队、一批实力雄厚的生产企业以及诸多产业链完整的优势产业。然而,食用菌产业附加值低、品牌建设不足、市场推广乏力、生产方式可持续性较差等问题不断显现。该研究介绍了我国食用菌产业发展概况,通过对比探讨黑龙江省食用菌产业在种植规模与产量、品种研发与加工、营销渠道与品牌建设的发展成效及制约因素,同时结合当今形势,从新质生产力赋能“高精尖”科技创新与研发、大数据平台优化产业布局与区域合作、“龙江数商”培育龙头企业与品牌等方面,提出黑龙江省食用菌产业高质量发展的具体对策,以期为提升当地经济实力、促进农民增收致富、实现乡村振兴的目标提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- To practice the concept of big food actively and develop the edible mushroom industry scientifically is of great significance.Due to its unique geographical environment,Heilongjiang Province has abundant edible mushroom resources.After years of exploration and practice,it has a number of excellent academic research and development teams now.Also a number of strong production enterprises and many advantageous industries with complete industrial chains have been appeared.However,problems such as low added value,insufficient brand building,weak market promotion and poor sustainability of production mode continue to emerge.This study introduced the general situation of the development of edible fungi industry in China,and discussed the development effects and constraints of the edible fungi industry in Heilongjiang Province in terms of planting scale and output,variety research and development and processing,marketing channels and brand construction.At the same time,combined with the current situation,from the aspects of enabling ‘high-precision’ scientific and technological innovation and research and development from new quality productivity,optimizing industrial layout and regional cooperation through big data platform,cultivating leading enterprises and brands through ‘Longjiang Number Business’,the study proposed specific countermeasures for the high-quality development of edible fungi industry in Heilongjiang Province,providing references for improving local economic strength,promoting farmers′ income and prosperity,and realizing the goal of rural revitalization.
