- “双碳”背景下,农业作为碳排放的重要组成部分,如何实现绿色农业的可持续发展成为了流通热点之一。通过对“双碳”目标下黑龙江省智慧农业绿色发展的优势进行分析,探究现阶段黑龙江省智慧农业所存在的问题,针对当前黑龙江省农业系统中碳排放量多,资源浪费严重;智慧农业应用渗透率低、智慧农业政策不完善,缺乏技术人才,信息化水平低等问题,对黑龙江省智慧农业绿色发展进行研究,提出节约资源、提高效率、完善相关法律法规以及提高技术水平等对策建议,为黑龙江省智慧农业的绿色发展提供保障。
- Abstract:
- Under the background of ‘double carbon’,agriculture,as an important part of carbon emissions,how to achieve sustainable development of green agriculture has become one of the hot circulation issues.Through the analysis of the advantages of green development of smart agriculture in Heilongjiang Province under the dual carbon target,the problems existing in smart agriculture in Heilongjiang Province at the present stage were explored,aiming at the high carbon emissions and serious resource waste in the agricultural system of Heilongjiang Province.Agricultural application of low permeability,wisdom agricultural policy was imperfect,lack of technical personnel,the informationization level was low,wisdom green agricultural development of Heilongjiang Province were studied,put forward to save resources,improved efficiency,improve the relevant laws and regulations as well as the countermeasures of improving the technical level,which guarantees the green development of the wisdom of Heilongjiang Province agriculture.
