- 以‘绿岛7号’黄瓜为试验材料,用5% PEG对种子进行4 h引发处理,以未引发种子为对照,设置4个干旱梯度,采用双因素裂区分析方法,探究PEG引发对黄瓜生理及果实品质的影响,以期为PEG作为黄瓜种子引发剂或包衣剂物料筛选提供参考依据。结果表明:PEG引发的植株超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均有提高,叶绿素含量显著增加了22.18%~37.99%,在最大田间持水量的40%~50%时净光合速率提高了118.60%;PEG引发的黄瓜产量高于未引发,在最大田间持水量的50%~60%时产量低于最大田间持水量为60%~70%,但差异不显著,且在最大田间持水量的50%~60%时,PEG引发的果实在可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质等品质上有所提高,维生素C较未引发显著提高了75.38%,说明有效的PEG引发可以通过增强干旱胁迫下植株的抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素含量、光合指标等来提高果实品质。

- than that of cucumber not induced by PEG,and the yield at 50%-60% of the maximum field capacity was lower than 60%-70% of the maximum field capacity,but the difference was not significant.At 50%-60% maximum field capacity,soluble solids,soluble sugar,soluble protein of cucumber induced by PEG was higher than that of cucumber without PEG.Vitamin C were significantly increased by 75.38% compared with those without PEG induction,suggesting that effective PEG induction could improve fruit quality by enhancing antioxidant enzyme activity and chlorophyll content and photosynthetic index of plants under drought stress.
