- 以长白山区野生月见草(Oenothera biennis L.)种子为试材,采用双层滤纸法和曲线回归分析法,研究了月见草种子萌发阶段和胚芽、胚根生长阶段的耐盐性,以期为盐碱环境下提高月见草引种栽培成活率提供参考依据。结果表明:不同浓度NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3处理的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和胚芽长均显著低于对照,而不同浓度Na2CO3盐处理完全抑制了胚根生长。月见草种子萌发阶段和胚芽生长阶段对4种盐的耐盐半致死浓度分别为66.92、20.18、69.93、40.06 mmol·L-1和63.41、28.21、28.65、10.79 mmol·L-1,而胚根生长阶段对NaCl、Na2SO4和NaHCO3的耐盐半致死浓度分别为55.29、21.21、16.76 mmol·L-1。
- Abstract:
- The wild Oenothera biennis seeds in Changbai Mountain were used as test materials.The salt tolerance of Oenothera biennis L.at the seed germination stage and the growth stage of germ and radicle was studied,by using double-layer filter paper method and curve regression analysis,in order to provide reference for improving the survival rate of introduction and cultivation of Oenothera biennis L.〖JP〗under saline-alkali environment.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index and germ length were significantly lower than those of the control under different concentrations of NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3 and Na2CO3,while the radicle growth was completely inhibited under different Na2CO3 concentrations.The salt tolerance half lethal concentrations of Oenothera biennis L.to NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 were 66.92,20.18,69.93,40.06 mmol·L-1 and 63.41,28.21,28.65,10.79 mmol·L-1 during the seed germination and germ growth stage,respectively.While the salt tolerance half lethal concentrations of Oenothera biennis L.to NaCl,Na2SO4 and NaHCO3 at radicle growth stage were 55.29,21.21,16.76 mmol·L-1,respectively.
