甜瓜不同发育阶段糖分积累与生理指标的相关分析

- 以高糖材料“日本甜宝”和低糖材料“小脆瓜”为试材,在授粉后的0、5、10、15、20、25、30、35 d采样,研究了不同时期甜瓜生长生理指标的差异以及与糖分的相关性,以期为甜瓜果实糖分的相关研究提供参考依据。结果表明:随着甜瓜人工授粉后的天数增加,不同时期甜瓜品种生长指标均有明显的差异,在授粉后的0~15 d是甜瓜快速增长阶段,15~35 d增长相对缓慢。甜瓜叶片的叶绿素在授粉后迅速升高,达到峰值之后均逐渐降低。且“日本甜宝”叶绿素含量明显高于“小脆瓜”。整个发育时期0~35 d,“日本甜宝”果肉中的可溶性糖含量持续快速上升,35 d可溶性糖含量达到最大值,而“小脆瓜”可溶性糖在果实不同发育时期变化不明显,与可溶性固形物含量的变化一致。在甜瓜发育不同阶段“日本甜宝”可溶性蛋白质含量明显大于“小脆瓜”。甜瓜果实发育过程中果实纵横径和果腔纵横径呈现“S”型生长曲线,表现为快速增长期0~15 d和缓慢增长期15~35 d 2个阶段。“日本甜宝”的叶片叶绿素等生理指标均明显高于“小脆瓜”。可溶性固形物和可溶性蛋白质与甜瓜可溶性糖相关性均达到显著与极显著水平,其中可溶性固形物呈正相关,可溶性蛋白质呈负相关,而叶绿素未达到显著水平。

- The high sugar material ‘Japan Sweet Treasure’ and the low sugar material ‘Small Crisp Melon’ were used as experimental materials,and anthrone method was used to take samples at 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35 days after pollination to study the differences of growth physiological indexes and the correlations with sugar in different periods of muskmelon,in order to provide reference for the related research of sugar content in fruit.The results showed that with the increase of days after artificial pollination,there were significant differences in the growth indexes of muskmelon varieties in different periods.The rapid growth stage was from 0 to 15 days after pollination,and the growth was relatively slow from 15 to 35 days after pollination.The chlorophyll content of muskmelon leaves increased rapidly after pollination and decreased gradually after reaching the peak value.The chlorophyll content of ‘Japanese Sweet Treasure’ was significantly higher than that of ‘Small Crisp Melon’.During the whole development period from 0 to 35 days,the soluble sugar content in flesh of ‘Japanese Sweet Treasure’ continued to rise rapidly,and the soluble sugar content reached the maximum value at 35 days,while the soluble sugar content of ‘Small Crisp Melon’ did not change significantly at different fruit development stages,which was consistent with the change of soluble solids content.The soluble protein content of muskmelon at different development stages was significantly higher than that of ‘Small Crisp Melon’.During the development of muskmelon fruit,the vertical and horizontal diameter of fruit and fruit cavity presented an ‘S’ shaped growth curve,which showed two stages of rapid growth phase of 0-15 days and slow growth phase of 15-35 days.The fruit chlorophyll and other physiological indexes of ‘Japanese Sweet Treasure’ were obviously higher than that of ‘Small Crisp Melon’.The correlation between soluble solids and soluble sugar,soluble protein and soluble sugar of muskmelon reached significant and extremely significant level,respectively,among which soluble solids was positively correlated,soluble protein was negatively correlated,but chlorophyll did not reach significant level.
